Rosana Zapata is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Trainer Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy. Her work has helped individuals explore and transform the emotional stories, relationships, and roles that shape their lives.
Her depth of clinical experience, mastery of psychodrama, intuitive presence, and compassionate approach create a powerful environment in which participants can safely explore their inner world and discover new possibilities. She empowers you to live into the truth of who you are, and to explore ways to experience life with greater joy, spontaneity, and creativity.
Lily Winsaft is a Transformational Breath® Facilitator and Group Leader, spiritual teacher, energy healer, author, and creator of transformational programs designed to help individuals expand awareness, reconnect with their inner guidance, and create lasting change.
Her work integrates conscious breath, meditation, energy, awareness, and spiritual exploration to help participants move beyond the thinking mind and access the deeper intelligence of the body and soul. Her mission is to help you remember who you are and why you are here.
Although our professional journeys have taken us into very different worlds, we share a deep belief in the human capacity for transformation.
One of us approaches the journey through the experiential landscape of psychology and psychodrama.
