During this powerful 8 hour experience, we will enter profound trance states through breath work, movement, sacred dyads, visualization and meditation that will absolutely positively alter your life perspective and bring healing to you at multiple levels.

We will be using elements of Transformational Breath®, which is a complete self-healing system using conscious connected breathing to facilitate improved well-being, inner peace and greater joy in life. You will be masterfully guided to breathe in Life Force, connect with your Higher Self/I AM Presence, your Spirit Guides and to receive the Inner Wisdom you've been seeking for so long!

This experiential and transformational journey will take place at the Hobe Sound Civic Center,
located in the quaint town of Hobe Sound, about 40 minutes north of West Palm Beach.
Don't worry if you are a beginner...we'll make sure you have an extraordinary experience!

Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. Bring a sweater, blanket, pillow, and a yoga mat.
​
We will start the day with a "Greet & Meet" at 1:30pm. We will officially begin the program at 2pm.
Please make sure to arrive promptly at 1:30pm.
